Kolkata: After statement of votes for the Sixteenth Lok Sabha, the Selection Percentage on Friday released directives to EC authorities in Western Bengal.
Three Deputy Selection Commissioners Vinod Zutshi, Sudhir Tripathi and Alok Shukla organised an hour-long movie conference with the Commission’s authorities here elaborating various basic steps that needed to be followed instantly, Associate Electoral Official in the condition Amitjyoti Bhattacharya told journalists after the conference.
Later the authorities led by the Primary Electoral Official (CEO) Sunil Gupta also organised movie conference with all region election authorities (DEOs) to successfully transfer the directives for immediate implementing, Bhattacharya said.
Among other issues, tight tracking of Design Rule of Perform and requisition of the required variety of polling employees were mentioned.
“Works are on arrived to get ready the record of polling employees and it will be finished on right time. The authorities have also been requested to keep a tab on breach of Design Rule of Perform,” he said.
The DEOs have been requested to observe the law and order situation within their specific authority and despatch reviews to the Percentage regularly.
However, need of the main causes in the condition during the polling procedure was yet to be finished.
The Percentage requested the DEOs to observe the activities of the governmental events regularly.
The authorities were also requested to take care of most of cases regarding removal and addition of titles in the voters’ record at the exclusively organized booth-level ideologies on Goal 9 in the entire condition.
However, the procedure would continue until the date of notice, Bhattacharya said.
